What’s Included?
The registration fee for participants includes admission to all parts of the congress, congress bag, Final Program, supplement of Journal of Public Health with abstract (ISSN0124-0064), Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception. The registration fee for accompanying person includes Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception as well as access to the industrial exhibition.

Group Registration
Please send via email an excel sheet listing all participant contact information including your postal address and contact details. In order to process the goup, the complete individual address for each participant must be provided (institution, department, street address, city, state and postal code). If you have questions or need further assistance please contact the Administrative Secretary via email at: cimi_fmbog@unal.edu.co
Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
Refund of registration fees, less 25% administrative charges, can be applied for in writing until 29 July 2008 to the Administrative Secretariat in Bogotá, Colombia. After this date no refund will be possible. For any change of names, a fee of US $25 will be charged. On-site changes of name badges due to incorrect submission of names and/or address data will incur a fee of US$10.
